Who we are

We believe to become The Total Athlete, players need to
continually work to grow in 3 key areas:

SPORTS SPECIFIC SKILLS
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
 MINDSET STRATEGIES

While physical and skill developments are often addressed as a part of an athlete's development, we believe coaching mindset strategies to be just as important.

We aim to kick the stigma associated with seeking support, as well as working on mindset struggles in sport.

Meet the coach

Lachlan
Everett

With nearly 10 years as a football player and coach, both in australia and overseas, I’ve overcome performance anxiety, built resilience through injuries and rejections while improving the various aspects of my game.

I have a Bachelor of Health Science (Exercise), I am a certified Mental Game Coach Professional and a C-licensed football coach.

As a coach I've been able to pass on the tips and tricks that helped me throughout my career while also learning new ways to help and direct younger athletes.

I became a coach for that very reason, I love helping athletes improve every area of their game on and off the field. Every athlete has a different formula for success and the key is to focus on what works for you not others.
